PH Navafria Housing

Detached house located in the town of Navafría. It is a compact building with a small entrance porch. Its style is rustic, typical of the area. It has a mixed tile gable roof, a façade that combines a mustard-coloured render with a light masonry stone cladding, oak-coloured wooden eaves and walnut woodwork and lintels. As for its distribution, the two staircases give access to the different levels. In the basement there is a large garage for storing vehicles and for storage. On the main floor is where most of the rooms are located; three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet, pantry and open kitchen, which leads to the spacious double-height living room. Finally, to access the first floor there is a series of overhanging steps that give access to a multifunctional room.
