Project Overview :
This modern house, designed with a development criterion associated with the plot, and in which an existing holm oak moulds the building to make it respectful with the pre-existence, seeks not only high energy efficiency, but also sustainable architecture in the use of wood as the main system.
Its structure, based on a lightweight timber frame and CLT panels, provides lightness and strength, while the industrialised workshop construction system ensures high quality and precision in every detail. Efficient ventilation and heating systems, together with thermal insulation, create a healthy and stable indoor environment all year round.
The avant-garde design can be perfectly associated with sustainability, offering large bright spaces and a modern and comfortable lifestyle. From our point of view this house is an example of how architecture can be efficient and aesthetic at the same time.
